DAMN!!!! That car is insane. Just wish he'd run NHRA or IDRC. Give them other fools a run for their money. Congrats to Bisi and the whole crew.

thanks to all that attended the boti eastcoast finals at route 66 raceway this past weekend. a fantastic event, even with the rain, with tons of records broken and new ones set as we wind down the 2006 season.
congrats to the following winners:
P/I class winner stephanie eggum who recorded a 8.275
P/S class winner bisi ezerioha who recorded a best of 9.768
S/T draw between chris black and daniel bajalis who recorded a 9.443
S/C class winner william jones
S/P class winner pat lehmann
S/S class winner francisco pietri who recorded a 12.428
the rain halted the final round action in the S/T class as well as the semi-final rounds in the S/E class, where racers decided to split the purse and call it a race.
official results will be posted as soon as i can get a faster wireless signal ~ argh!

Yes a great event ,would have wished for a better turn out
. The whole event was run very smoothly and i got a lot of runs in. Although i red lighted in the final four of S/E i was happy over all.

Did pat break into the 11's?
Wish I could've made it but I thought you were going Fnan?

I'm almost postive that their last run was a 12.0 so they might've been able to, I didn't get to see many races at all so they would have to chime in.

12.009 I think. I had some stuff to take care of here, so I couldn't make it.

Definately an awesome event. Frank kpt telling me that Joliet was going to be awesome. Well I decided to make the 900 mile trek from Virginia and it was indeed true. The facility was awesome, track was preppped awesome, Officials ran it very smooth and professional.
Also, it seems like Illinois has the nicest people in the world. Just what i took in from the locals, they all seemed friendly.
Frank, awesome event, Next year, maybe a west coast race or 2...

Great event as always. Congrats to Bisi with the 9.7 pass. All on a D-series tranny
I ended up working through Friday night and was able to bring the car up. The header didn't look the greatest since I migged it at 4 am, but overall I'm happy with the setup. Hopefully it will be running this weekend.
