Default favor for a photoshop

this is not my car !!!!!!!!

to the owner (hope he doesnt mind i use this picture) i have the same setup...just want to see this car with Championship White slips or spoons...whatever rims he has...i want to paint these rims CW but dont know how it will come out

White on white always look good, I say go for some white desmond regamasters.

what do you guys suggest to remove the black paint off of my rims?....do you suggest any chemicals or maybe even brake fluid to remove the flat black...has anyone doen this before?
