p28 ecu

i have a hondeta ecu supposedly chipped and socketed but dont c anywhere to plug in my laptop and to be able to manage my management system. what do i need or what do i need to do. please help !!!

u have to have a programmer and software. the programmer connects to your computer to burn new maps
