I use a stage 1 exedy organic clutch with an ACT streetlite flywheel and I like it a lot. I drive in a lot of traffic and up a lot of hills and its very drivable.

I used to Run SPEC Stag 3 clutches, but every one I used and sold for the Prelude only, broke. I switched to an Exedy Stage 2 (non lightweight) and will never go back.

I will vouch for Competition Clutch also. I have the Stage 4 with the standard pressure plate and a Fidanza 8 lbs. Flywheel. I love it. Clutch pedal feels like stock. No exaggeration either; no stiffer than stock but grabs really hard. Slight chatter. As with most lightened flywheels, you have to learn to drive with it. Can't just ease off the clutch without any extra gas and expect to go. Gotta rev it up a little more than normal.
