Years ago i ran a dohc ZC with I/H/E and a 65 shot NOS in an 89 CRX Si with lightend flywheel. 13.7@101mph

It wasn't long before i upgraded to a B series though.

Yeah it's for Goldie, should be ordering the motor, tranny, and ECU here shortly. I'll be getting the JDM ZC transmission and the JDM PM7...should be pretty quick dude. I'll probably bring it out if I get off work at a decent time...I'll def. bring it out when it's swapped though.

If you want your car to be even remotely quick, keep walking right past the ZC unless you have turbo plans. 14's are no fun. Even newer Honda Accords run that.

a few guys here in montana that ran 14.1 with a 60 shot, but the elevation is really high here. but as crx_1.8T said, i would just turbo, u can do a junkyard set up for cheep and that motor can handle 10lbs of boost on stock bottom end, and u can run 13's. i did a 13.8 with full interior 8lbs of boost, pump gas and fat *** slicks. and i weigh 250 lbs

I'm really not trying to do the turbo route. All I do is daily drive back and forth to work and school and am planning on the occasional auto cross and drag race (what the nitrous is gonna be used for). I'll probably just run a 55-65 shot at the strip. I'm just trying to swap to an engine with more power for every day driving and the occasional autocross/drag race so the ZC fits what I need just fine. But thanks for your input .

In that case, I'd get a ZEX wet 75 shot, maybe slightly bigger injectors/fpr, an Edelbrock intake manifold, DC 4-1 header, and the classic AEM intake. Get a set (2) of BFG drag radials from tirerack, very cheap shipped. Just make sure to retard your timing a couple degrees, and maybe invest in ARP head studs. Overall it wont be too expensive, especially because all of the above can be found in the classifieds on here used (I even saw the BFG's in a thread a couple days ago).
