my buddy has a 94 SI w I/H/E and this weekend he put in his ZEX kit. well previously has ran at our 1/8th mile track. i think he bested at 10.4 maybe 10.3 but this weekend he busted out a whoppin 10.1, haha. man cracks me up. he was runnin the 55 shot so we put in the 65 shot (after the 65 shot he busted out a 10 flat) and i retimed his car to 12 degrees. b4 i messed with it, it looked like the car was almost totally advanced when he was runnin the 55. all i know is that damn car should go alot faster, mid 9s at least. on top of that hes got NITTO 555R drags on. i told him, "give me 1 pass in ur car and ill run it to what its supposed to". i think i have him convinced that next race ill get my first and only pass in his car.
on a side note another 94 SI w/greddy turbo w/ big intercooler busted out a whoppin 9.8. i might not b so hard on a B16 powered car considering mine ran pretty hard this weekend. in my 99 EX the 00 B16 powered car ran 9.6. still not fast but not near as slow as those lighter cars w/ equivalent power.

55 shot = 16-17 BTDC
65 shot = 15-16 BTDC
75 shot = 14 BTDC

Even the 55 shot should get you into the 8.99 range on the 1/8 mile times.
