Default Budget LS/Vtec (Daily driven/ street) CAM question

im building Ls vtec. i have a question on the cam i should use on a b16a2 head with type R v-train. i know type r cam is the obvious chose but is there other cam that would also work with type r v-train.

Bottom end set up

B18b1 block
crank and rod balanced
ITR piston STD
ITR oil pump and water pump
gsr gridle
acl bearing
ARP headstud and rod bolt

golden eagle lsvtec kit

also should I put on a block gaurd (will it help)

Im lookin for atleast 180whp also want it to be reliable

I personally like Skunk2s

I think Blox are the same specs for a little cheaper.

A lot of people will probably say Buddy Club spec 3+ but I'm not a fan of them.

I made 196 whp with sk2 stage 1s in my car (lsvtec with jdm type r pistons) using the oem type r valve train, that would be my recommendation based on personal experience. although as stated above the bc3+s are another good choice.
