this is going on a h22 hatch.. right now i have 2.5" piping with a tanabe muffler and the bc spec II is 2.36" or something like that. will i lose any power?

 

the tanabe is way more restrivtive spec II is defo the way to go yo.

 

hmm i wonder how loud its going to be

 

w/o a cat its definetly too loud for the street w/o the silencer.

with the silencer in, its not bad at all..but the silencer is pretty restictive.

we have a BC Spec II on one of our race cars and we got tagged at 105 db w/o silencer and no cat. with the silencer we passed no prob.

 

I along with 2 other friends run the Spec 2 daily

I run mine without silencer and with a cat. its either i am getting deaf or the exhaust is not that loud

My friend runs with a Resonated Test pipe and no silencer on his B16 CRX, its fairly loud. but not super loud

I have another friend that is running teh spec 2 without a silencer on his EG hatch with stock motor and cat

 

in-car of bc spec II with silencer and no cat. still pretty loud.
