2006 Honda Civic LX Sedan, Almost new condition $17950 Iowa 50323
The 2006 Honda Civic won the Car of the Year and we purchased it based on all the rave reviews it recieved. All of the good things said are definitely true.
Odometer: 8815 miles,
Color: silver exterior/grey interior
Options: Automatic, Cruise, Tilt, Power Locks, Power Windows, power mirrors, AC, Rear Defroster and also has the MP3 CD player, floor mats and splash guards. We also got the paint sealant option from the dealer
This Civic is in excellent condition and used primarily to commute downtown to work and back (about 30 miles a day)
The gas mileage is excellent and with mixed driving, we get about 32-33 mpg. We have seen upto 35 mpg.
Its been cleaned frequently inside and out, washed and waxed. We have have performed maintainenece according to the owners manual at the local Honda dealership (twice so far since it only has 8000 miles or so). It still has all of Honda's original warranty and transfers to the new owner with purchase. No special payments required.
Interior is clean with no stains, smells or pet hair. Also, we are non-smokers and it has never been smoked in. We have all documentation, keys etc including the new car sticker, I believe. Also, we use special rubberized mats in the winter/spring to hold snow/water and will provide these as well. No accidents, fender benders etc. Completely clear title and actually does NOT have any door dings.
Overall, it is in almost new-car excellent condition and the pictures attest to this. Please email us if you'd like more pictures and we will email them over to you.
Vehicle is located in a north-western suburb of Des Moines, Iowa and close to I-80 and I-35. We can drive it to you for the right price. The asking price is less than blue book and is a great deal. There is a loan against the car and we do need to pay it off to release the title. Not to worry, we have done this before and it went smoothly.
Wife wants something more fun! She misses our 95 SI Hatch and I think I want to get her an EK. We would like to see it go to a good home where it can be pampered again!!
