Default coolant lines under throttlebody.. TRIED SEARCH.

wondering can i bypass these coolant lines and run them straight to the iacv instead? Or would this create some more problems? Reason being is i just bought Gude throttlebody for a gsr and the throttlebody i had before didnt have this on it.
