How effective has the tank grip been? I just got a 636 the other night and keep sliding forward on the tank no matter how much I try to squeeze with the knees, compromising some important male bits.

I had a set of the Stomp Grip pads on my bike. They work REALLY well, but look kinda funny. You have to take your time to install them right, or else they lose their adhesiveness after a few months.

They helped me a lot with this on my RC.

When I put mine on, I used some super duper extra strength clear silicone, that does not damage the clear coat on the tank.

Thanks for the replys. I'm running a 120/70 front, Bridgestone BT002s. The Exhaust is a Hindle full system which is LOUD as FaWk
And I LOVE the GPR damper, it is by far the best damper i've ever ridding with. And as for the stomp grip. I like it as long as I have my leathers on. When I take it out on the street in just jeans it is kinda irriating
If you do any track riding i'd pick a set up if you got the extra $$.

They have a adhesive backing... I am pretty sure they can be used once!
I personal don't like them, I like to slide around on the tank when moving my weight around!
