I need a beater car for winter in upstate NY. I prefer a honda/acura but will take anything really. My budget is $1500- I dont have any stipulations except that the car has to be running, doesnt leak or burn oil or coolant, and has no cabin leaks. If the car is not running I still may be interested but it depends on WHY it isnt running....
