Steering is funny after flat tire
Ok some of you might remember a few days ago I posted I got a flat while getting off the freeway. Well I filled the tire up with air and it held air for 3-4 days without loosing a single psi. So I decided to take it around the neighborhood and a few back streets. I did that, let it sit a day, again it didn't loose a single psi. So today I took it out for about a 30min ride, and rode it pretty hard. Well the tire hasn't lost any air, but I noticed the steering was so weird. I don't know how to explain it. At first it was slow turing in corners, so I let out some air in the tire to about 38psi, and that fixed that. It turns into corners a bit faster like normal. But like in a straight line it seems more bumpy and I dunno how to explain it but kinda like "jittery". It's hard to explain but it deff seems different, and I dont like it nor feel 100% safe riding it. Like when the tire went flat I didnt hit anything and don't remember running over anything. I dunno if its the tire or could the rim be bent, or something else?
Any help is appreciated.

Did you take out your summer air and and put in new air for the fall?
Different density for different seasons

Hey... I was serious
anyway, you could have damaged some tire carcass/ply, not likely... but possible.
was a hit or pothole involved in the intital flatening or was it debris os some kind?

I dont remember even running over debris, but there was a small kinda like cut in the tire i never noticed untill afterwards (mind you these are new tires pretty much 3 weeks old and 800-900 miles). But i filled the tire with air and dipped the wheel in water where the cut wa and no air bubbles came out, so im guessing it didnt leak air from there. And I deff dont remember hitting a pothole, you think I would notice hitting a pothole large enough to make my tire go flat.
While riding it seems though as I speed up and the faster I go it seems like its less bouncy and "jittery", which makes me think the wheel is not balanced right or the wheel itself is bent.
See, I dont even know forsure why the tire went flat to begin with, and it went completely flat inless then 5min. And after i filled it up it holds air fine. I find it strange

some of what your concluding is true, the gyroscopic effects of a balance problem changes as you speed up and slow down, this usually noticeable in the 55-70 mph range. 38 is on the high side of air pressure, but lowering pressue will not make your bike turn in faster

well i was riding yersterday again on the freeway and as soon as i got on the exit ramp the tire went flat like last time. both times i was going 100+mph. (dont flame) so it seems everytime i go fast now the tire goes flat. what can cause this a bend in the rim or what?

+1 It would take a bit more than 38psi to pop the bead back into place. And it's fairly easy to pop a bead out when you roll on a flat tire.

People seriously can't be this retarded can they?

I know speeding is stupid, im not going to argue with you because I know its dumb and i was in the wrong, i just have a lead foot sometimes - its a bad habit. but i only crack on it on this one stretch of highway when im around no cars, even though thats no excuse. But I would never of gone that fast if I knew that my tire would consequently go flat. I didnt know there was a connection with the high speed and my tire going flat, and i for sure wont be doing that again as i know now.
Back to the problem. It doesnt go flat while riding, it loses the air as i slow down and come to a stop. I have no idea what could be causing this.

Lemme be the 1st to ask.. do you have a stoopid light-up valve stem? Because it will bend at high speeds and will leak air.

I wasn't talking about the speeding. I was talking about riding around on a self deflating front tire.
The internet is great and all but we can't fix your front tire from 1000 miles away, take it to a shop and show it to someone who know what they are doing.
