'96 Civic throws code 41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor Heater
Car recently (like a month ago) had plugs, wires, and rotor replaced, that solved missing and check engine light #71.
Owner reports that car seems to run mostly ok, but seems to shudder as you come to a stop - once stopped the shudder seems to go away. Problem may have been more pronounced upon initial startup this morning, maybe not shuddering so much now (although Check Engine light still on).
Car is giving code #41. I don't have my green Honda service manual here at work, what is the dealy-o?
Thank you -

have determined that primary oxygen sensor probably needs to be replaced
honda part # 36531P2EA01 is $206.60 at dealer
bosch part # 13007 is $79.99 at o'reilly
normally prefer oem, but here it's more than twice as much for a broke college student...recommendation?
