Default LOOKING FOR: TSX retro'd or not HID cutoff pics...look inside

i am quite dissapointed by my TSX projector's cutoff pattern, it was NOT color modded (i pulled them out of headlights) there is a rainbow which is quite big but i AM using D2R bulbs notched to fit, so that may affect it. i'll post pics of my cutoff in a sec, just gotta upload them.
basicly what i need to know is how the cutoff looks with D2S bulbs...please if your cutoff it color modded, let me know.

i didn't read everything everyone had to say , but did just get your pm regarding your question. Those are definitely TSX projectors.

the rainbow effect is very signature of TSX projectors. You will get a lot more color out of TSX then you will say S2000 for example. IMO everything looks great man. Those ballasts are huge, and you may want to try and sell them for some Hellas which would mount much nicer for you. Thats only my opinion though, what you have will work great. HOpe my input has helped. Did you still want to see my pics? If so here is a whole right up on my retrofit....

Oh.... and just for the record, if you bulbs are even a mm off, it will effect the light output greatly. If those D2Rs aren't closing then you are definitely losing light output.

well i knew they where TSX projectors (i pulled them myself ) byt its the rainbow that i dont like. thaught it may have been because of the D2R bulbs but maybe not....not THAT big of a deal, the projectors put out way better then say A6 projectors and i have another set coming towards me (they are going to go up for sale)
about the ballasts, i really dont care, they work and they will be mounted somehow, im not worried. more likely then not i will find a way to mount them to the back of the headlight so they will barely show, but i can still show the dumb cops that they are DOT approved...(i dont think they will check WHICH car its approved for )
thanks for the input.

yours look right. see how blue the cutoff is from the distance. when i shoot my s2k projector on a wall 3ft away, there's a rainbow cutoff. but 20ft away, there's a thick blue cutoff.
