Default New Rims! (maybe) Pic

I traded my friend wheels for the day to see how i liked them... Clearance is fine, but when i first took it for a test drive around sharp turns it was rubbing against somthing. So i went back to the garage and noticed there was a piece of metal sticking out on the L and R side wheel wells, so i just bent them up and the problem was fixed.. Anyway i might buy these off of him for $550.. What do you guys think??

They look kinda big for the car, but whatever suits you.

Well, at least if you need to work on your car, you don't have to jack it up.

Its your car, you build it the way you like it. In my opinion though, if you do get the wheels, the car needs to be lowered hella.

They're not too big in my opinion like others are saying - but if u buy 'em, buy bigger calipers, I don't care if they don't work better, it looks like **** because the brakes are so small :-P.

If you disclude that fact, and look at them in and of themselves, in and of a rim...

Look pretty good...I mean they're like 50 inches wide (I don't like to go any higher than 16's, 17's on occasion...but that's not on a civic)..but if u like that man, go for it - I'd say it's a good deal..

But, I know he's your friend and all - take that **** to pep boys and balance 'em...why? 'Cause one of the rims might be dented - happens easily on those big azz rims like that (lower structural integrity compared to a solid or closed one)..

Just what I would do. Though yes, I'd have to say they seem like a good buy.

I want to put 15's or 16's (def. not 17's) on my civic because the 14's look rediculously, rediculously, small on there but I have to find a good deal...then you have to worry about where they're located for shipping....but you don't have to worry about that - local buy.

They seem like an okay deal to me, I'd do it IF YOU HAD EXTRA MONEY - if not, I'd just say whatever, maybe some other day.

I'm thinking drop it and it'll look sweet, I'm thinking about getting 17's myself and the rims will definately be accompanied by some form of lowering...

wow, are those 18s? look HUGE.

is your door painted a different color?

i recommend you go out and buy some 15s for that price. thats way too much for pepboys special rims anyways.

I think the diameter is just too much for the hatch. Just looks out of place.
