Tokico Illuminas and Skunk 2 Coilovers?...What do you guys think??
How do you guys think this set up will work out?
Is it worth the exrta bucks to get Ground Controls?
I want to have a good performing suspension setup but Im also looking to DUMP my car very low,
Is it possible to achieve both ride quality and extreme lowering with this set up??
Any input you guys might have on this subject would be great,
Thanks

Oh, and by the way, I have an 1995 SR-V (V-Tec) if it matters.

yes it is worth the money for ground control they are a very good and great quality product and it will dump the hell out of your car as far as shocks go i really cant help you there. it also depends if you are going to be running auto cross when choosing a shock if you are you want to find some that you can adjust.
I'd also go with GCs b/c I hear that Skunk2s tend to be a bit noisy. If money is really tight, the Skunk2s wouldn't be a bad choice though. Illuminas are good shocks.
Illuminas are garbage! Not very durable shocks and blow very easily. Warranty on them takes very long like a few months. The skunks are good coilovers but I would go with KYB's or Koni's as for shocks.
Stay away from the tokiko's!!

i have the illuminas and have no prob at all., but also i dont ride dumped,. i have the nuespeed race springs and yes they are a bit stiff for the ride, but handle around corners like nothing.
Skunk2's have never in my case been noisy at all. I dont know what that ruccus is all about?
I have owned Koni's and in MY situation, they blew out quicker than Tokico's. Just installed my Tokico's illumina's today. I just got the shocks from warranty, it only took one month. They also gave me BRAND new shocks. Is it worth waiting for? Yes.

oh and ground control is much better than skunk2 in my opinion.
that would be a god set-up for daily driving, plus good handling.
