that's a really low offset. There is a thread in the appearance forum with low offsets, that you might try searching for. If it is even possible to do it, you'd have to roll your fenders for sure--that is, if they don't stick out past the fenders!! And not many ppl run 8" wide wheels...probably end up rubbing a lot, even without the low offset.
