RIP lil hatchie
well it turns out that SUVs > my hatch because here are the results, her fault by the way, and she didnt even brake, she was on her cell phone.

HOLY F**K!!! Aren't you glad she came from the passenger side? It's good to at least see the driver came out alive. For sure, her insurance is gonna pay for that mess.

My neck hurts just looking at those crash pic's .
I'm not sure what you should do first , cry , or call a lawyer !
The sad part is they will try to give you book value for the hatch unless you do some hard digging for receipts and play hard *** with them.
Take it from me (my Dad is a retiered insurance exec.) dont settle for there first offer. Consult a attorny and DO NOT tell them anything about your physical outcome from the crash. You never know how your body will play out in the day's and weeks to follow. In the end you'll end up with a better check for your car and your attorny's fee's.

That sucks man but you are so lucky to be ok be thankful for that, she'll owe you and you can rebuild a car.

holy **** dude! yeah, ur gonna hurt tomorrow, and the next day....go to the doctor just to get checked out. not even for insurance payups, just because a wreck that hard, you are definitely going to hurt.

edit: damn that sucks dude u are lucky. and i was hopeing that it wasnt y-49 by some chance cause i didnt wanna argue with someone about hem being insucure about there sexuality. lol

Good to see you made out aye dude. I still don't see how the hell she could have NOT seen a bright red car in a dull gray enviroment. I can only assume she had her ear to the phone and her eyes shoved up her....

First of all glad your ok.
Second insurance with give you sheet for the car. Basically barely KBB value. Where you get the most money(from experience) is the more injury you have the more money you get. If you see a DR. and you say you feel okay. You get roughly half of what the DR. bills you for and the other half goes to the lawyer. So, if you see a crap load of DRS. and see Chiropractors and rack up all these bills then you pretty much get half of what the bills total up to. Now this is a really rough estimate and I am not telling you what to do. I am just letting you know from my experience.
My brother got in a similar accident with our mini van and a bus. Mini van's rear end was smashed up to the middle of the bench seat of the van. He won a settlement of $80k and got half of that.
