Just noticed this yesterday on the way home from work. Every time I would hit/go over a big bump (i.e. railroad tracks) I hear a loud clunking noise from the front passenger side.

I took off the wheel and looked to see what could be wrong. Everything seems normal, everything is tight and nothing out of the ordinary.

 

Rock your wheel 9 to 3 and 12 to 6, is there any play? check your bushings, tie rod ends, balljoints, etc...

I'll check again when I get home. Would a lil bend in one of bushings cause it to do this?

 

Only thing I see is the bushing on the control arm is pushed in a little.

 

do you have a front sway?

i would replace your upperball joint
