FS 1995 240SX 5MT in NJ

Bought the car with 93,807miles on 4/29/04.
I am the second owner.
On 6/7/06 I was rear ended, which is the reason for the paint coming off the rear bumper. No major damage.
On 8/29/06 the car was hit and run. Driverside fender is dented in preventing the wheel from turning out. There is also damage on the driverside door under the side mirror.
There is paint coming off on the tail of the car on either side of the trunk lid. Minor amounts of surface rust, I was planning on sanding it down and rattlecanning it, but no longer.
The windshield has been hit by rocks in 3places. None of the cracks have spread (I've used windshield repair kits to prevent that). None of the cracks are in the driver's field of vision.
Rear quarter windows and rear window are tinted.
The car has warped rotors in the front.
The motor runs strong. Royal Purple oil changes every 1500miles until 100Kmiles, then every 3-5Kmiles depending on when i found the time
What's been done to the car (Have records):
6/04 New OEM clutch, pressure plate
9/04 B&M short shifter was installed
10/04 New Denso Iridium spark plugs
11/04 NGK O2 sensor
11/04 300ZX fuel filter (no recipt)
12/04 Nismo transmission mount (do not have recipt for the mount, I had bought it on ebay, but I do have the recipt for the install)
5/05 Fuzion ZRi (235/40/17;245/40/17) mounted on R33 wheels (17x9+30); H&R 15mm spacers and extended studs on front
5/05 Transmission flushed and filled with Redline MT-90 (no recipt for the fluid, but recipt for work done)
5/05 Replaced front main seal due to minor leak.
5/05 JDM push open DIN drawer/cupholder (ebay purchase, do not recommend using as cup holder)
6/05 Nismo stainless steel clutch line. Bypassed and removed stock damper loop.
6/05 Silkroad RM/A8 coilovers installed
6/06 BRM Catback installed. 2.5" with 22" resonator, dual tip magnaflow muffler
DIYs:
Installed base model gauge cluster with red LED blubs all around
Mechanical fan removed. electrical fan wired to run all the time.
infamous foglight mod. fogs can be switched on indepently. Driverside fog light bulb is out.
Silverstar bulbs all around.
off the car:
no headunit, the radio harness is cut. my old headunit was hardwired.
included, not installed:
have redlinegoods.com leather shift boot. never used.
used UR crank pulley
fram oil filter
spare silverstar bulb for low beam.
stock grill. its in the back seat.
the car has delaware tags but is located in palisades park, nj (07650)

The car cannot be driven in its current state because of the dented fender. If you choose to pop the dent out and drive it away, that's your call.
