I think that your fuel rail is not getting any fuel. The fuel might be getting trapped somewhere check and double check

crack open the 22mm nut to the line on the rail and prime the car. you see fuel?

if not.
-check main relay under dash (as others said)
-check fuel pump (MAKE SURE THE FILTER DID NOT COME OFF INSIDE YOUR TANK)
-check all wiring, make sure its all un-cut

THEN....
-check main relay under dash (as others said) check voltage and if it clicks
-check fuel pump (MAKE SURE THE FILTER DID NOT COME OFF INSIDE YOUR TANK)
-check fuel pump to see if its getting power
-check all wiring, make sure its all un-cut

i did checked all that. no wires un-cut. i checked the main relay. and its good. i pulled it out and turn the key and my check engine light stayed on. meanin the ecu had no power and when i plugged back in with the key turn to on. the check engine light turned off and the fuel pump prime. i changed the fuel pump three time. i have a typeR fuel pump stock fuel pump and a walbro. i tried all three and it all worked. the filter didnt fall off.

maybe the return and feed lines are switched?

take off both and turn on the pump.. have the lines inside small bottles or something..

Jump the yellow/green fuel pump wire to power and see if fuel comes out.
