I'm trying to find the cheapest online tire site that delivers.
I'd like to get 195-55-14s but they don't seem to exist. Where can I get some cheap but performance intended tires? I'm looking to spend anywhere from 35-50 for a tire. Preferably an older set of RT215 Azenis, or the RT615 azenis.

Azenis are your best bet for a performace at that size. Make sure they're not too old.
A friend used to have 195-50s in his ek coupe, mounted on steelies. Those things were PHAT

Man I would love to find a set of RT-215 azenis. I once had a pair for 14" crx si rims and I loved them. I can barely afford the new stuff.

14" tires are some times more expensive than 15" tires.
The Azenis cost $61 each in 195/60-14 but they won't last very long, maybe 10-12K miles. You can get the Yokohama ES100 and they'll last three times as long as the Azenis, and will perform better in rain (but the Azenis is much stickier on dry pavement). The ES100 is $72 for 195/60-14 (best 14" size for Integras and '97-00 Civic) and $69 for 185/60-14 (best 14" size for pre-'96 Civics).
For $35-50 per tire, all you're going to get is crap.

not cheap- but the best sizing i xcould find for hx rims (195 55 14). i need to wear out my ziex before i buy these, but they are highly rated tires and the diameter matches up.

The diameter of that size is really small and doesn't match up as well as other sizes for most Honda/Acura cars. For example, on CRXs, del sols, and pre-'96 Civics that came with 175/70-13 tires stock, 185/60-14 is a much better match than 195/55-14. Also, the Toyo T1-R is a decent tire, but you can get the Yokohama ES100, which is very similar in performance, in 185/60-14 for less money ($69/tire at the Tire Rack).
What kind of car do you have (model, version, and year)? And why are you so hung up on getting the wrong size tires for your car?
If you insist on getting those undersized, overpriced
Toyo tires, you'll find that the prices are a lot cheaper, and you won't have to pay as much in shipping or anything in duty, if you get them from a dealer in the States, like http://onlinetires.com (where they're $75, vs $85 at the Canadian dealer in your link).

195 55 14 is less than 1% smaller, 185 50 14 is less than 1% bigger.. i can live with either and i think i'll give the toyo's a shot- the avs are pretty noisey and are few years older in design. i'll try the toyos, people like them and i want to check them out. thanks for the link to the better prices!
VulcanTire.com
They've got the Azenis RT-615 in 195/60-14 flavor for $64 each, currently.
Any cheaper, and I'd reccomend the Fuzion HRi - great all-around tire, for the price.

I drive a 91 crx si and stock is 185-65-14 so I'd like to step up to a 195 55 or 60-14 to put on my 14" panasports as they are wider then stock crx rims

No, it isn't. It's 1.3 percent smaller than your stock size, 185/60-14. That's TOO SMALL.

Actually, the Toyo T1-R is just as old as the ES100. They've been out for several years overseas. Toyo just hasn't introduced them in the States until recently. However, the age of a tire's design is rarely an important factor as to their performance; just to cite one example, look at how well the S-03 compares with most of the tires introduced since then.
Also, the ES100 isn't noisy at all, when they're new. They can get noisier when they wear down, but so do other tires; often, the noise is caused by uneven wear due to suspension problems.

Hey, whatever you get, you shouldn't pay more than you have to!

195/60-14 is too big for his car, but the RT-615 is supposed to be out any day now in 185/60-14. However, he may not want a tire that wears so quickly or doesn't do so well in rain.

The Fuzion HRi is an all-season tire, whose performance is much worse than all of the tires previously mentioned in this topic. He didn't say anything about using the tires in snow, so I can only conclude that he's not looking for all-season tires. And if he were, there are all-season tires that are WAY better than the crappy HRi.

Go ahead, if you want. I wouldn't, though, if it were my car. (Then again, if it were my '91 CRX Si, I'd go get some 15" wheels. The Kumho SPT is only $41/tire after rebate in 195/50-15, which is the proper 15" size for your car. You'd save $136 just on that one set of tires, compared with those Toyos, and that's almost enough to buy a decent used set of 15x6 wheels.)
