Default are all d-series pistons the same?

I know that they all have different compressions, however my main question is that if they are all interchangeable??? i am trying to use ZC pistons on a d15 block (88-91) DX motor... would they fit?
thanks

they have difernt stamps so they might be different. I have a set of PM3's you can have for free if u pay for shipping. They are the ones that came stock in that motor.

1. why bother? 0.2:1 increase in compression isn't worth it, imho.

2. not 100% sure, but i think the wrist pin is a different size. so it would either need a bushing or have the rod bored.
