OK so yesterday I had two tires that had nails in them that demolished the side wall due to construction in my area. So I pulled two wheels off Front Right (driver frt) and rear left (pass. rear). In the process I went ahead and moved the driver side rear wheel up front so taht away the two brand new tires would just be in the rear. So i had the new tires mounted and balanced on the rear two wheels. So I put them on and make sure everything is on good and tight. Now the front two tires are 205/50 15's Toyo Proxies and the rear are 205/50/15's Falken's.. So I go to leave my parents house to head home and its raining a little bit. As i get on the expressway my car feels like it weaving back and forth as if there is a strong *** wind pushing me from side to side. Or kinda like when you get next to a semi and pulls you in. Its not real bad but very noticable. So i slow down to about 50mph (speed limit was 65mph) and the car kept doing it. I thought maybe it was the road and proceeded home. As I got off the expressway i noticed it was still doing it. So i got home and its pouring now. So i check all the lugs and they all look fine. Check all the tire pressure and the front right looks about .5psi low but that's it. WTF could it be? Could the tire that I moved upfront be out of center? I've never had this issue before and it kinda scares me...
Any idea's or anything? Also now the steering wheel shakes kinda hard at around 75mph.

i think you rotated the tires incorrectly when u were tryin to save the 2 tires.
tires are only suppost to be rotated front to back and i think you crossed them.
eventually itll wear in correctly but its gunna take a while. easy fix, replace the tires all with the same kind.
you can try getting them rebalanced

Hhhh? I might have confused some of you. All I did is move one of my Toyo's up front on the driver side since it was in the rear. This away I would have the same kind of tires in teh front (both toyo's) and the same for the back (both falken). I plan on ordering two more falken but not for a few months. So would two different kind tires cause the car to do this? I've had two differnent brands before and never had an issue like this. When I get off work Im going to take a look at the wheels and make sure they are all seated right. Its the weirdest feeling drivinig the car when its weaving. Feels like im drunk and can't keep it in one straight line..

Was your alignment checked? it's very possible it was out of spec before you swapped the rear to the front and now the unevenly worn tire is causing you to shimmy down the road. Check your alignment and the wear pattern on the tires.
When replacing tire on a fwd car you should always put the new tires on the front. this helps keep the car in balance. put the more heavily worn tires in the rear. Also new tires have a replace agent on them from the molding process that gets worn off in the first 100 miles or so. Until that happens many new tires are not up to there optimal grip

It's the release agent. They will be slipery, especially in the rain, for at least 100 mi. Just take it easy, and put them on the front like instructor74 said.
Remember when you get the other 2, RELEASE AGENT is slipery!
