Default H.I.D Question

Hey Guys

I juts had a question, I Might be getting a H.I.D kit for my civic from a friend. My questions I was wondering if it would fit on my car the bulb, size is 9006.. Or am I have going to have a hard time with them.

If it is a plug and play HID system, you will need to get the HID bulbs with the kit that have the 9006 bases. Anything else will not work properly.

But if you want my opinion, the PnP HID kits are garbage. Get your OEM lights retrofitted with True Projector light housings. Your eyes will thank you for it.

See the difference? I have headlights in my car right now rated at 8000k. It looks the same as the first photo. A retrofit will give you the cutoff and output like it is in the second photo.
