Where can i find someone to do some work on my car for me?

I wanna go to some shops around my neighborhood but most of these places are on american car specialists. I just want my timing belt put on. I can't loosen the bolt on the crank pulley and believe me...i tried. I broke 2 sockets trying. I'm in the philly area near Alleghany Ave. I'm paying ya know. Money talks
