Scammer's on Craigslist pisses me off
I just feel bad for the poor sap that falls for this:
http://losangeles.craigslist.o....html
These are the e-mails I've been getting:
Hi Richard,
The bike is in excellent condition,it has no accidents ,never been down,no scratches ,it has only one owner ,has all taxes payed and the engine has no problems. So basicly the bike is excellent. If you are interested we will use BuySafe to end the transaction. The bike is already in their custody and they will handle the shipping...
So if you want to purchase it, please let me know and I will explain you how BuySafe works and how we can proceed.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Kind Regards
Then I respond with:
Shipping from where?
Hi Richard,
The bike is in their custody in Las Vegas packed and insured, they should receive the payment and will be responsible for the shipping. So, if you want to purchase it, I will just need your full name and shipping info, I'll start the official procedure, I will forward it to BuySafe and as soon as they have all the details, they will start the transaction and notify you with all you need to know regarding it (payment instruction, shipping, item information, my account status, etc) .As soon as the payment is complete, you have to send them the payment information, they will verify it and proceed with the shipping. You will have 14 days Return Policy in which you will inspect the bike and inform them if you keep it or not. If you decide to keep it, they will release me the funds, if not, you will have a complete refund within 3 days. So, I am waiting your email.
Best Regards.
I wish we could do something about these people, like really screw THEM over, like where the guy sent over a brick or cardboard cutout instead of the laptop ******* with the scammer.

I dont know how to do that. Though all I can find is that the vin does match up for a 2005 Kawasaki.
