Default for those with navigation systems

I own a civic si. Ive noticed since the purchase of this car that this unit can go off track many times while youre driving. I live in the east coast so literally the roads are very congested and close to each other and I dont know whether if its the satellite or whatevers causing it to happen but sometimes on the screen, it says I am driving on the parallel street rather than the street i am driving on. Does this happen to you guys? Also while taking exits from certain ramps it seems to go off for real quick, (sometimes a little longer) before automatically rerouting. Highway doesnt seem to be a problem at all other than that. But in a City like new york, forget about it.

When this happens look at the top right of the screen to make sure it is getting a good GPS signal
