awesome b&m is what i was thinking! but wasnt sure. one of my friends who was on autorox which came on a while back has a show car. its a 92-95 civic with an avalanche headlight conversion custom wide body with a b16 a2 motor swap fully wire tucked he has the acura tl sunset orange stock paint very clean he has an ACT clutch with a B&M shifter and i loved it but i dont know if it would be the same feel on my em2.

If you're referring to a Chevrolet Avalanche headlight conversion, than I'd have to say that's the worst idea I've probably ever heard in regards to automotive customization. And, body kits + stupid modifications (aka. Avalanche headlights) void the "clean" idea.

Negative. The B&M is the arm, brackets, and bushings as well.

I like the shifter at that height, as I am a tall fella anyways, so I dont wannt have to break my arm trying to reach the thing. But if you wanted to, you could always cut down the shifter and re-die it with new threads. But that really does not do much except shorten the shifter height anyways. So that is why I have not done it to mine. No need for me to.

The Revo is pretty much the same as the B&M, except it comes with the mounting base as well as the arm.

Here is a pic from when I bought mine, but returned it due to missing parts....

B&M is the way to go if you want less height, its a much beefier setup, However! I myself went with a neuspeed shortshift adapter, i.e. Shortens the throw, not the height of the overall shifter. Which is exactly what I was after. Most of my race buddies who build RACE only cars, use stock shifters, cause they hold up well! plus it was only like 80 bucks shipped, topped with a skunk2 shift **** its a real nice throw.

That's exactly what I did, but I used a TWM for my short throw. I love the shortened throw, but didn't want a shorter arm.

I HEARD B&M IS A BETTER SHIFTER BUT REVO HAS BEEN MENTIONED ALOT ON THIS SITE SO I GUESS IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ONE UNLESS YOU WANT THE SHORT LOOK SO IF THEY BOTH REDUCE THE SHIFTING LENGHT THEN DOES IT REALLY MATTER THATS JUST MY OPINION........................
