I already got the bumper, fit it on the car, but my support bar seems to be stuck in the 89 bumper cover, I dont know if i can get it out.

So I figure I need a new support bar, but why not shed some weight while I am at it, and get an HF support bar.

The question is, will a 90/91 HF bar with a 90/91 Si bumper fit on a 89 Si body?

Yep a lot lighter.

Its basically nothing, just a little thing to support the bumper.

its the same bumper and same chassis all around. just has cosmetic differences. It will work
