Default My Future Built head - Do I have everything right - Help me from disaster!

I have a 95 Gsr with only exhaust and Clutch/Flywheel.

Now my question is for you guys to make sure I'm doing everything right and answere my few questions. I know a bit about Hondas but still trying to learn alot on internals and compression and so on.

One thing I might do since this is my DD also is buy a used cheap Vtec head (B16 head or another B18c1 Head or so on) off Ebay or something so I can still drive to work and stuff while being built and just sell off the old B18c1 Head later or make a nice foot stool out of it.

Bolt-Ons:
Injen CAI
Skunk2 TB
Skunk2 IM
JSR (JDMShit Racing Mugen Replica Header) 4-1 Header
Test Pipe
Apexi WS2 Catback Exhuast (already Own)

My Idea for a Built Head:

Port & Poilish
3 angle valvle job
(Question: Whats the difference between 3, 4, 5, ect angle valve job? Whats the benefit and is it worth the money?)
Skunk2 Pro2s
Skunk2 Cam Gears
Basically The whole valve train Skunk2
(Question: Do I need different size valve/springs/retainers if I port & polish and valve job? How big are stock size?)
Red Moon-Cut Valve Cover (From Top-End MotorSports http://www.topendmotorsports.c....html)
(Question: What kind of gaskets do I need and what kind of head bolts(Not sure if thats what they are called but you know what I mean I hope.) and did I leave anything out? Like if I were to buy all this listed would it go all on without a problem?)

Thinking of buying Hondata S300 (Do you think thats over kill or should I go with S200?
Would this produce good power with a good tune? How much you guys think?
What kind of fuel system would work nice for this set-up? (What size injector/Fuel Pump/Fuel Rail/Ect)

Plans after building head: Thinking of getting B20b Block and making B20Vtec or maybe sticking with the B18c1 and either adding a stroker kit or maybe boring it out or something. Will post thread about building a block later in the future... Stay Tuned =D

Thank you very much in advance, Corey.

EDIT: Going to use a P28 ECU (Good? Yes, No?) and whats a good compression for all motor? Also do I need to upgrade my block for anything listed to run/run properly?

build up a bottom block first, then do the head after. you will see the gain in power when you raise the compression. yeah you will gain power from the port and the cams, but to get the most out of them, you need the right compression for the cams

2nd on the compression being the first and foremost. You don't need to get crazy or anything, but in order to take full advantage of the headwork the compression needs to be there. That goes without saying, the old addage "The power is in the head" really holds true.

I had an EXTREMELY high for pump gas compression motor w/ an ITR head w/ b16 cams. Yeah it peaked 171hp @ 7500 rpm. Good cams and valvetrain & some headwork would have made that thing clear 200 easy.

So do you think that just some new High compression pistons should work until I build the entire block up? Like could I just order some CP 11:5 or 12:1 compression pistons and I should be set to go or should I completly do the block first? What pistons you recomend and whats a nice compression number I should have?

well its not just a matter of throwing new pistons in there. If you want to do it right, you need to have new pistons/rings. get the cylinders honed, and I would at least get the crank micropolished and put some new bearings on. That would be the minimal.

i'll chip away at a few of them.

p28 ecu will work fine. you can get it socketed and run chrome. somebody local to you has to be able to tune with it. it will save you money not buying the hondata. if you are really stuck on hondata s200 would be fine.
compression i wouldnt push more than 11ish:1 on pump(i dont know if you get 91/92/93/94 whatever your fuel will dictate what is safe) everybody on here is going to have an opinion about this and so and so's buddys brothers friend runs 13:1 on pump gas and it doesnt detonate. sure
listen to what the real engine builders on here have to say. you wont see them building **** like that. a good resource would be DON F. time is money and he is busy i'm sure.
figure out what you are going to do for a bottomend because thats what going to determine how your head is ported. find somebody that can build your engine and check piston to deck, piston dome volume, hg volume, cc the head and actually calculate your static compression ratio and then get you the appropriate camshafts. i dont know why you are set on pro 2's?? maybe you can share that with us. cam of the month on HT??
stock size valves will be fine for your application i'm sure. your cylinder head expert of choice should be able to tell you what kind of valve job you will be recieving, and why. at least he better be able to for the money you are paying him. everyone does things a little differently.

get the parts that are right for you!!

port and polishing depends on how big you want the port and how well you want it done. JACK KNIFE port. i pay 1400 for my C1 porting. depends on who you take it to
