need help findign where to put water temp sender...
Hey guys and gals, I just got an autometer electric water temp guage, and need help finding where to install the sender. I took a pic of where i think it should go, and circled the existing part in white.

ok actualyl i was wrong, i found the stock one, now my new question is. can i just tap into this wire? or do i need to install the new sender?

u need to use the autometer sender....u can tap the thermostat housing and screw in the sender or u can tee into a coolant line, but u want it close to the head

where is the thermostat housing? I found the stock sensor, but It's gonna be a bitch to get out..... any ideas?
