mine are the same size and i'm 160ish 5'11" and they are a teeny bit loose allowing me to put regular street clothing under them.

 

5'9, 180-190 depending

im the same size as you 5'9 190, but im losing weight use to be 240, how does the suit fit? think a 46 would be a little bit more roomier?

 

It's a little snug which you want but I could lose 10-15 and still be good, one size up if you are the same size would be too big though

You should be fine, I'm the same weight wise but am 2 ins shorter and have room on the legs with room still for a back protector
