Default valves necessary?

i was wondering when upgrading my cams to crower 404's and the valve train to ti springs and retainers is it necessary to upgrade the vlaves also or will the stock ones be ok.

stock are fine but if you wanna bump up compression then change them

How old are the stock ones. You will be exposing them to different pressures and rev's than they were used to. Not much warranty with used parts.

buy new keepers to go with your retainers and i would change out you valvesas well to high compression valves....

High compression valves with CTR pistons?!?! Are you well? If the OP is planning on using the PCT pistons in anything other than a B16B, bumping the compression ratio further with valves is asking for trouble IMO.
