Default Low Compression Turbo'ed LS/VTEC Hybird?

If one were to build a LS\VTEC hybrid with low compression forged pistons it would really kill the N/A HP correct? But then again you could make up for the N/A loss with an intercooled t3/04 and about 10-15lbs of boost correct? Anyone done something like this?

That's why you get low compression pistons. For turbo.

Once you build a block for turbo or allmotor, that is it. Its going totally the opposite direction. But if you keep the C/R still pretty high at 10:1, which is still turboable, it wont be that bad for all motor setup.

You can also get a head gasket to lower compression on that 10:1 to allow more room for boost.
