Oke im new to here so i just a bought a civic what I want to do is put a 99-00 bumper on 96 civic. why i want to do thatis cause i want to put foglights andput a lip that goes with that bumper. Oke so i what i need to know is there any problems with that did anyone do this. Is ther any problems that can block me from doin this?

so i need to change the hole thing the fenders the girll the hood everything the headlights. i thought the only thing that i needed to change is the bumper and the grill. damn if thats true that alot of money for me now. so if i change the headlight do they fit perfectly in or more mods.
