Default knoking on right passanger wheel area NEED HELP FAST!!

i got a 92 eg and resently i started hearing this knoking noise everytime i would press the gas and release the clutch...ide hear a knock before my car started roling..its kinda hard to expalin but thats preaty much it...anyone have an idea of what it could be??.
i just change the manual transmission fluid just like 1 hr ago..that didnt seam to help..im not sure on what it could be.

It sounds like you have a bad ball joint, tie rod end, or a bushing. Go to the side you hear the noise on and shake the car by the wheel left and right and in and out. If you find that there is play its time to get it off the ground and check each joint for signs of damage and worn components. Also check all your lug nuts and make sure they are tight loose lug nuts will cause the same type of noise

would it matte if their was a "P" letter instead of a "T" letter on the stock doughnuts??....cuz i resently got 2 15'inch doughnuts from the junk yard ...in very good condition and one has a "t" in the middle inbetween 2 lugnuts and the other doughnut has a "p" in the same place..do those letters mean something??..cuz i checked and the tire with the "p" on it seams to fit the rotor and everything fine..

that just defines the speed rating, wouldnt make a difference.
