Default HONDA CIVIC EG5 WITH B16A2 ANGINE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYONE KNOWS THAT:
CAN I CHANGE EG5 ANGINE D16Z6 SOHC VTEC WHIT B16A2 DOHC VTEC BUT LEAVE GEAR BOX .

No the transmission needs to be from a B16 unless you do a B2D adaptor plate which has to be custom.

Bisimoto makes an adapter plate to run a d-series tranny on a b-series motor.

But you are better off with a b series tranny because im sure buying the adapter plate is more than buying a b16 tranny
