Maintence Required ...?'s
I just want to know what the Maintence Required box is ment for or directed to on my 99 ex civic... it was green and now is red... I know its not the check engine like but it worries me!

its nothing..it just is like a remind mine goes from green to red all the time. just stick ur key into the little hole next to it and it will go back to green. it is just a really BIG dummy light. thats all

It just spins very slowly. I think it take 7500 miles for it to go from green to red.
It does not indicate anything is wrong. It is just connected to the odometer.

You are all correct, it is just a reminder to change your oil. Like mentioned before, just stick your key in the slot in your gauges to reset it.
