Default really weird ecu code

Ok i finally got my ecu chipped with a program that works really well with my set up. The first chip i got didnt need my knock sensor, so i clipped it. With this new chip I started my car and it threw a code, so i just figured it was the knock sensor. I thought no problem and i wired it up. But i still threw a code. So i checked it with my switch. It didnt work at first. I was very confused. But eventually it gave me the codes. It has 4 long flashes followed by 4 short fast flashes. I was very confused. #1 is o2 sensor i know that and 2 is the crank sensor or something along those lines. But i dont get why it would throw the codes like that.
