when you guys tell him search it, and he loos it up he will find the first 50 topics on repainting wheels that answer "search it" just as you guys are doing to him. if your going to take the time to type "search" why not atleast give some help.
the best way would be to get the wheel clean first. if its painted already, use paint stripper to remove it and start with something fresh...also you can somewhat clean up any curb marks...the nicer the wheel, the nicer the paint will come out. i would just spray on some cheap spray paint and call it a day.
