Well, apartment living is finally catching up with me.

I always check my bike before I go to bed and when I leave for work. This day I was going to go for a ride and I find that some FOCK has stolen my Exhaust Canister from my bike. Putting an end to my ride for the day and probably for a few weeks until I scrape up the cash to get me a replacement.

If any of the bike night guys happen to see anyone trying to get rid of an Akrapovic carbon canister from a full system punch 'em in the teeth and grab it for me. There will be a reward!

The thieves are obviously not too bright because it is not a slip on so it will not work for any other system stock or not. I can only imagine the way it is going to look on someones bike all hacked up to SHID just trying to front that they got some race exhaust.

Does anyone know if I can get a replacement canister without buying the full $1600.00 system?

Oh yeah, check my profile for a pic. The canister has very distinct road rash on the band holding the end caps on.

i appreciate the offer but a stocker won't work cuz it's not a slip-on.


does anybody have experience with renters insurance covering something like this?

I never ordered from them before but my cousin used to work there. Doesn't seem like there's something they DON'T carry.
