I understand that vision and some other companies make rails that lower the seat. But what about the brackets, and sliders? Do those need to be replaced? Where can I get these things and what is needed? Thanks.

 

Rails and brackets need to be replaced. You can reuse the stock mounting bolts though that are on the bottom of the seat that secure the seat to the bracket/slider.

 

What brands are available? Cost?
