FS/FT ***2000 TURBO CIVIC SI*** (well kept, reliable, FULLY BUILT)
SHOW ME ONE THAT IS CLEANER THAN THESE CLOSE UP SHOTS!!!!!!!!!
I have for sale my 2 1/2 year old project. I kind of hate to sell it, but I have been wanting a CLK (Mercedes) for a while, and I am now in the positon to where I can afford one. So here she is; the cleanest SI you will find around at this caliber. This car was built and tuned by a well respected shop in Albuquerque, NM named R&D and you can ask the tuner there about if you want. He knows me very well and is the only one that I let work on it other than myself. Here is the low down:
2000 Civic SI Electron Blue: (73093mi., daily driver so will increase slightly until sold. 15,593mi on built engine)
Engine:
Balanced and Blueprinted, decked and honed
9:1 CP pistions (all high temp coated both on the top, sides and ringlands)
Eagle Rods
Golden Blockguard (works great! Never overheats! Put in right!)
ARP Headstuds
RC 550cc injectors
Max Rev log manifold (handmade and one of the best I've ever seen)
Max Rev Downpipe (handmade)
Max Rev intercooler (handmade)
(All parts just high-temp coated jet black)
Max Rev BOV (sounds great and also hand made from scratch)
Garrett T3/T4 57 Trim, .60 A/R .63 exhaust
AEM FPR
NGK wires and plugs (plugs changed every oil change)
Oil used: Mobil 1 15w/50 everytime
Exterior, Suspension & Exhaust and other stuff:
Ground Control Coilovers
Tokico Blue struts
Full Thermal R&D 3" exhaust (the best sounding Honda ever, no joke!)
QUAIFE 1.5 WAY LSD!!!! BEST MOD ON THE CAR
Camber Kit. Neuspeed short shifter
Traction Bars (can't remember the brand, but just as good if not better than the FULL Race ones)
Rota 15" Slip streams (no curb rash)
Brembo Cross Drilled and sloted rotors all the way around
Falken Azenis (getting pretty worn, and I would suggest something else)
Few nicks and scratches from daily driving, and hood might need repainting if you decide to.
NO RICE
Interior:
REAL Mugen gauges
Pyrometer (EGT guage) & Boost Guage all mathing AutoMeters
Clarion PRO Audio deck (3 monts old0
JL 10" W3
Viper 800 (about 800 watts)
Directed 1500D (1200 watts)
150 Amp alternator for the power charge
All Kenwood highs and mids (sounds great)
5% tint (the back is peeling a little)
EXTREMELY CLEAN CARPET, SEATS AND MOLDING....LOOKS BRAND NEW STILL, REALLY
EMS:
OBD1 coversion P28 fully tuned on Crome (works great, but there are others if you want to spend the extra)
I might be leaving some things out, but that's all I can think of of the top. Right now I am running 19 psi and when I was running 16 psi I hit 360 whp/ 260 wtq and have the dyno sheet to prove it. SO I am guessing the car is around 400 whp give or take. I haven't dynoed in a while.
This car have never seen a track and surprisingly, I did not drive this car like it could be. Yeah I open up every now and then, but have never raced it at all. I am very meticulous when it comes to cars and take care of them very well, as you can see. Nothing is wrong with the car mechanically and have had no major issues with it since it was built a year or so ago. I have all the paper work and my tuner will varify the craftsmanship.
This car KBB at 10,700 if you go by the miles on the odometer and just plain Civic. $12,000 OBO. I found a CLK I want (or will trade for a comparable CLK coupe and cash on my end!!!) and will listen to offers but no BS. If you want a boosted Honda this is the way to do it, usless you want to go through the headaches. It's up to you. Plus your saving about 20,000 if not more.
I WOULD REALLY RATHER TRADE FOR AN AUTOMATO AND CASH THAN TO SELL. SOMETHING OF A BEATER CAR. I DO A LOT OF DRIVING AROUND AND NEED SOMETHING TO TEAR UP.

I had some scatches on the bumper a while back and replaced it. I put it on myself and had to cut out the holes in the bottom to get the intercooler piping to fit.
The bumper I bought was a Honda OEM bumper, but fit a lot tighter than than the one previous. I put it on to the best of my ability not wanting to pay the body shop.
No it's not perfect, but you can only tell if your looking for it. The bumper is on tight and not going anywhere.
