it is bowed in a little bit. like an inch and a half. does it bolt on or is it welded on? should i just hook it to a tree and then pull it a little with my truck or try to replace it? here is a pic just for reference.

Its bolted on, doo not do any "ghetto pulls" if it hasnt bent the unibody at all I would replace it.

 

naw the unibody looks good. it is just the bumper support. where does it bolt at. cause i got another one.

 

Remove the plastic inside and you will see the nuts.
