I am having some problems with the collectors I just got. They are 3-1 out of 1-5/8 tubing.
I had BMC Race cut them for me and I welded the sides all together. Now, on the tops there just isn't any room at all it seems to weld them.

Also looking ahead, once I get more than one primary welded on, I will not be able to weld all around the third tube. I can't seem to figure out how to get around it, as I know it all needs to be welded or it won't seal.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction?
