spoon progressive springs:
My question is how much will the spoon progressive springs lower my 94 GSR? A lot of people say 20mm (0.8inches).
However, some people say that the 0.8inches must be added to the lowered height of the type R vs non-type R integras because the springs are made to lower the type R 0.8inches. Some websites say the type R is 15mm(.6inch) lower and other people say .75 inch or 1inch. But this would bring the lowering height on non type R's to anywhere from 1.4inches to 1.8inches and not .8inch.
the point is, will the spoon springs lower my car 0.8inches straight up...or do I need add the type R lowering height as well?
Additionally, the spoonsports.us has only one part number listed for the DC2. It doesn't make a part number distinction for non type-r and type-R models.
However, inlinefour has choices for non-R and R models.
Both companies are closed for the weekend...so I turn to the wisemen/women at Honda-tech who have probably had personal experience with this.
thanks in advance

spoonfed 95. I did a search here on H-T for spoon springs and found some good info. The drop ends up being lower than 1inch. How much, I'm not sure. Make sure you click the bubble for archived content.
I truely am a noob. Sorry to not have thoroughly searched before posting, ya'll.
