What would be the maximum offset on a wheel that one could run on a CD5 if the wheel was a 17 by 7.5 inch wheel with a 40 series tire?

The car is lowered on Tein S-techs...

 

maximum I have no idea but try to get at least +45 if anyone cares, i dont feel like pm'ing you

 

45 is too high. I was thinking around a +30mm offset.

 

between a 40mm and 45mm offset will work fine....

lowest i would go would be 35mm

 

You have any experience with this chassis?

 

i have put on 38mm offset before and still had a little room......with 205/40r17 or 215/40r17,and 215/45r17 depending on how much the accord was lowered....

you can probobly get away with a 30mm if you roll the fenders.... rolled fenders are hot...

Not an option...car is mint and the owner prefers it stays that way...
