Default d16a6, stock head, stock cam, 300 whp.

got back from the dyno today, just a dyno day-no tuning. stole pics/video from tallkyle..

layed down 300.08 whp/256 wtq on my car. stock head/cam a6, 20 psi, SRP/eagles/stock sleeves. entire setup fabricated by myself and my younger brother.. not sure, but it might be the most anyone has made on a stock head/cam a6 top end, not sure. not a big deal though

its a street tune, and i have big cam coming, so there is a bit more left i think. right now peak power is at 6200-is RPMs. haha! also planning on doing an edelbrock intake manifold also

kyle was bit dissapointed,. he had boost issues, wouldnt hold nice boost. still made 251 whp at only 14 psi (stock a6 head, delta cam), and only at 5200 RPM

here are a few pics of my setup, my new intercooler, etc.

kyle picked up a new intake for 140 bucks.

kyles manifold, and super sweet setup.

tallkyles crazy dyno chart

Pics of the cars on the dyno

videos...mine

hopefully we'll get back to the dyno soon, i plan on doing the cam (should be here tommorrow), intake mani of some sort, bigger TB of some sort, retune, and have tons of fun on it.

best time in the car so far is a 12.9@113 on street tires. (14'' BFG DRs). that was with a wonderfully terrible 2.19 60 ft. kyle has yet to drag his car, but that should change next week.

Your hatch amazes me every time I see it. Its so clean, simple, and unique. Is that dave's old hatch?

wow, He completely turned that car around. Dave's hatch has been to hell and back it seems. Good times with that car, I remember when he decided to enter in the Illiana spectator class oval race like 6 hours before it started. It was a mad thrash to drop his tank, install an extra walbro I had laying around, make new mount bolts (which I took a chunk of my finger out doing) and installing the nitrous. Then when we went to test it the -4 feed line had a whole in it. Dave left to get to the track on time while me and timmy flew to Van Senus to get a new line, ended up going to the warehouse, getting double parked in, took a "shortcut" to the track that took like twice as long and started to put the line in. I was literally sitting in the car zip tying the line down as they were pushing it into the starting lanes. He came in first with that, good times. I dont think that Hatch will ever die.

Did you bother reading the first post at all?? The bottom end is built (pistons/rods). The head is the only thing stock.

Nice numbers man. I've seen your build thread and it seems like a damn nice setup. Congrats on getting some good numbers in.

hehe. even on a stock bottom end, i think i could be at this power level for quite a while with how conservative my tune is. i feel the turbo kit is the main reason its making great power.

new cam/intake should make 50 whp i hope. sweet little story about the black hatch andy... it still has that pump in it right? we havent checked!haha

Should be a standard 255, not the 255HP as long as nobody has touched it.

Nice numbers........i spoke with Kyle yesterday and he felt pretty shitty about his car, but he knows that with his turbo setup there is so much more to go! congrats on making good power, and if you guys are renting out that dyno again i would be in on it with my car also.

haha..lots of questions. yep, both cars tuned w/ turboedit.

its obd0, yes. deatsch werks 560cc injectors (prototypes), motorola 2.5bar map sensors, both cars.

i have a t3(.63)/t4 (60-1 HIFI, B housing), and kyle has a t3/t4 also, not sure what size.
